Terms & content rights
These plain-language terms identify the store operator and explain the rights needed to produce custom work.

Store operator
Zanazan GlyphGarden is operated by Kaizen Dale Limited, company number 15191364, registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is 017 Ealing House, 33 Hanger Lane, London, England, W5 3HJ, United Kingdom.
Your composition and uploaded content
You retain ownership of content you upload and any rights you already hold in your composition. By saving a proof or placing an order, you give Kaizen Dale Limited and its production, hosting, payment, email, and delivery providers a limited permission to store, process, reproduce, proof, print, fulfil, deliver, and support that specific work.
Your content-rights promise
You must own, license, or otherwise have permission to print every image, logo, trademark, design, and piece of text you supply. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or privacy-violating material. We may pause, reject, remove, or cancel work that appears to breach these terms or a production partner's content rules.
Production partner
Printful is the production and fulfilment partner for applicable products. Files and delivery details are shared only as needed to make and deliver an order. Printful also requires users of its services to hold the necessary intellectual-property rights and may reject prohibited content.
Proofs, colour, and delivery
Your approved production proof is the composition sent for printing. On-screen colour and product mockups are useful previews but cannot perfectly reproduce every physical material, display, or printing variation. Delivery dates shown at checkout are current carrier and production estimates, not guarantees.
Cancellations and refunds
Every item is printed to order. An order can usually be cancelled and refunded in full while it is still awaiting production, so contact us immediately if something is wrong. Once production has started, a personalised item cannot be cancelled for a change of mind. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our returns policy sets out each stage in full.
Consumer rights and problems
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customised products are generally made for you, but faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrectly supplied items remain covered by applicable consumer protections and our returns policy.
