What we collect

• contact, delivery, and billing details needed for checkout and support;
• order, payment-status, product, shipping, and fulfilment records;
• compositions, text, artwork uploads, proofs, custom-order briefs, and institutional pilot enquiries you choose to provide;
• limited security records and, only if you accept optional measurement, page and product events, an anonymous browser-session identifier, landing source, page path, broad device and browser category, country code, and Pinterest referral or conversion events, without names, email addresses, artwork content, or enhanced matching.

Card details are collected and handled by Stripe; Zanazan GlyphGarden does not store full payment-card numbers.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to institutional and custom-order enquiries, perform our contract with you, save your proof, calculate delivery, take payment, produce and deliver the order, send transactional messages, and resolve support requests. We also use limited records to meet legal and accounting duties and legitimate interests in preventing abuse and securing the service. Optional aggregate product analytics and Pinterest measurement are based on your consent. Checkout-recovery email is used only when you explicitly opt in, and every reminder can be stopped.

Who receives it

We disclose only what is needed to service providers acting for the store: Stripe for payment, Printful for production and delivery, Google Firebase for application data and file storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and, only after consent, Google Analytics and Pinterest for measurement. Delivery details must be shared with Printful and relevant carriers. Providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable contractual and legal transfer safeguards.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention

• unpurchased proof files are normally removed after 30 days;
• unpaid checkout customer data is normally removed after 30 days;
• paid-order identifying data is normally anonymised after 730 days, while necessary financial records are retained;
• custom-order and institutional pilot request data is normally removed after 365 days.
• optional anonymous analytics events are normally removed after 90 days.

Published premade compositions and designs linked to an order may be retained for the store, proof, legal, and fulfilment record. Your browser also stores an editable studio draft locally until you clear the site's browser storage.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email hello@proper.am. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and local storage

The store uses necessary storage to preserve studio drafts, complete checkout, remember your privacy choice, and secure the administrator session. Optional product analytics and the Pinterest tag remain off unless you accept them. Rejecting optional measurement does not affect designing, proofs, checkout, or payment.
